I have long history of stomach cramping problem.

My History:
2012 July 5: Stomach cramp, diarrhoea, stool test, giardia cysts seen, atken 1 dose of Secnidazole, felt beter
2012 July 15: starting felling cramp in stomach, right side taken Tinidazole 7 days
2012 July 25: not felt better, so doctor prescribed tinidazole 7 days, with lansoprazole

2012 nov: Had colonoscopy, Mild colities in Ceacum from biopsy, taken 4 months treatment with mesameline (Quit smoking after 5 years)
2013 May: some weight loss, Mantoux Test, 16mm, Doctor advised 8 Month TB treatment

In the same time, i had nasal congestion problem every morning, need to clear throat some times, sometimes sneezing

2014 March: second colonoscopy: all normal , but i was feeling mild pain in right side, flatulence, gas
2014 Jun: Viral fever, cold, Treated with Amoxicillin 5 days
2014 July: Stomach cramp, diarrhoea sometimes, taken tinidazole 5 days

2014 August: difficult in urination, USG Normal, Semen culture, Urine culture Normal, Seman Analysis showed Plenty Pus Cells and treated with 1 month antibiotic,
later puscells 8/10 hpf

2015 Jan: Throat itching at night(sometimes), saliva in mouth sometimes while sleeping, urge to cough after getting up(everyday), Heart Burn at night (sometimes),
2015 Jan: went to doctor chest xray, Normal, Taken levofloxacin 7 days with asthma drugs(tablet)
2015 March: started taking rabeprazole 20mg in the morning, heart burn gone
2015 April: Went to ENT, NASAL Endoscopy, Some readness in throat was diagnosed, ENT specialist told it is Postnasal drip and Redness is because of gastrics

Now, I am still using rabeprazole in the morning, nasal spray but I have still following:
1) I Feel lump in my throat and urge to clear
2) While clearing i get little sticky glue like saliva with gray color (This makes me to cough and when cleared Its OK)

Now Can What can be the cause of cough, postnasal drip, gray saliva,stomach cramp? Do I have candida overgrowth? and Can I use probiotics? as doctor never prescribed me that. Please help me.
