Hello. I Have Taken Several Pregnancy Test Over The Past

Hello. I have taken several pregnancy test over the past few days. By my calculation I am about 5 weeks. I have my first doctors appointment next week but I feel I can not wait. Today I woke up bleeding almost like my period, I have been bleeding throughout the day. I took 2 more test today and both came back positive still. I have read many things online that this is known to happen and does not mean I am having a miscarriage. I am a little scared. What could this mean?
