Hello. I Just Left The Hospital Because I Had Symptoms

Hello. I just left the hospital because I had symptoms of liver trouble (jaundice, elevated blood tests...) and most of the symptoms cleared up on their own and the elevated enzymes are slowly coming down. It appears as though I had a gall bladder stone that passed before the ct/mri and ultrasound. I have follow-up blood tests and appointment in a little over a week. My question is: The only thing the MRI found was a dilated common bile duct to a little over 7mm. What the doctors did not know (I found out later) is that the same was found when I had elevated enzymes in July 2014. So it increased in size from 3.8 to 7.(something). What are the concerns with this (if any?)
