Hello, I Just Recently Noticed A Small Red Spot On

Hello, I just recently noticed a small red spot on the opening of my vagina and it seems like it is making the opening and a bit of the inside quite ticklish and weird feeling, I've had warts in the past, could they be coming back or could this be something else?! I'm only 21 and have had no kids or any other infections apart from one case of thrush, I've applied a topical steroid cream plus thrush cream which has seemed to have helped with the tickling but not the spot.
