Why Do I Feel Discomfort In My Pelvic Area When Coughing While Sitting Upright?

Hello! I lost my virginity 5 months ago and have been coughing consistently recently (two separate matters) but I noticed that whenever I cough sitting on my bed upright legs crisscrossed, it feels uncomfortable when it contracts down there. Not necessarily pain but I don’t think it felt like this before.
