Hello I normally have regular periods but this month I've been experiencing cramps but no period also my appetite has completely changed .a couple of days ago I started bleeding sort of like spotting I thought my period had came but that only lasted for a couple of hours . I've been more thirsty than I have hungry & I haven't had sex since September of last year. These cramps really have me concerned now .
