Hello I Reactor Have Started To Use Depo. I Got

Hello I reactor have started to use Depo. I got my first shot in July and got the second one in October. I have been Breakthrough bleeding for a month now. For maybe a week I will have brown spotting and then nothing and then two days later heavy bleeding. I still cramp as if it were an actual period so I am not sure at this point what to do. My personal doctor just basically lets me to deal with it. What over he counter stuff or batural remedies can I do to stop it even if it is for a few days?
