Hello! I Want To Ask About A Dog Scratch. Last

Hello! I want to ask about a dog scratch. Last night, I was carrying my dog when her nail accidentally scratched my skin. A small part was broken and very little blood came out. I washed it quickly with soap and running water, then put alcohol, then later that night I put antiseptic. I just want to ask if I need to have anti-rabies injections from this? My dog has skipped a year of her rabies shot, her last one expired in 2013 and I'm planning to have her get injected this year again, but she never goes out of the house. She stays at home all the time and has never been in contact with other animals except for our other dog which died of kidney failure just this year.
