Hello, I Would Like Some Advise Please As To How

Hello, I would like some advise please as to how to proceed. My daughter, who will be 13 in March, was walking at the mall when she suddenly felt a sharp pain in one of her toes and inmediately after this the toe was paralized for about 10 seconds. This is the first time it happens. She wasn't wearing tight shoes.
Could you please tell me if it is something to worry about, or what to do?
