Hello I'm 22 And I Have Always Had Irregular Periods

Hello I'm 22 and I have always had irregular periods so I never thought I could get pregnant and so I used no protection.Long story short I thought I was having a heavy period which was normal for me and found out I was having my first miscarriage and my first pregnancy.I was only about 2-3months pregnant and passed naturally.My question is since it took me over two years to get pregnant without protection and with irregular periods what are the chances of me being able to get pregnant again very soon
