How Long Does A Soft, Clotted Anal Lump Take To Disappear After Suspected Thrombosed Hemorrhoid Or Perianal Hematoma?

Hello, I m a 22 yrs old male. I had anal penetration followed by constipation and out of a suddeng i had lump on the opening of my anus. I went to the emergency but sadly there was no specialists there so they prescribed daflon 500 and Trianal cream. I went for an examination and the doctor who examined me doesn t seem to really know the difference between thrombosed hemorrhoid and perianal hematoma. I ve been taking the daflon 500 as prescribed 2/day with 3/day ibuprofen and 3/day trianal cream. The pain was at its peak the first 2 days afterwards i haven t felt anything unless i touch it! No improvement with the size (small lump) it s bothering me the appearance of it! Today I m gonna start applying the cream for hematoma hoping it will resolve the problem. My question is, how long does it take for this lump to disappear knowing that it has been clotted but the swelling kinda settled and it s soft but i can feel smth in it. Should i take the daflon as prescribed twice a day of should i increase the dose it s been 10 days. Also is daflon gd for such injury or it wouldn t help eith anything? I would love some answers from professionals who have opinion on the matter. I want the lump to go away as it is making very much insecure about having and intercourse Also, would i be able to have anal intercourse after it heals and how much should i wait on thr lump?
