Hello. I'm a 28 year old male. Last week I started to feel some discomfort in my genitals. I been waking up in the middle of the night to urinate for the past couple of nights. I feel a mild burning on the tip of my penis only at night when I am relaxing but little to no burning during the day. I feel a slight burn or tingle in my pubic area at times as well. When I urinate now most of them time my stream starts off broken before it's regular.
