I’m recently recovering from covid 19 with shortness of breath (age 36). Doc found slight degeneration of right lower lobe in my lungs so she sent me for an X-ray. Can you help me interpret the results:

Additional History: lungs aching, covid 2 weeks ago, aching ever since, diminished breath sounds right lower lobe on exam, no chest surgery, no hx cancer

DISCUSSION:
Lungs / pleura: No focal consolidative airspace opacity. No significant pleural effusion. No pneumothorax.
Heart / mediastinum: Normal heart size. Normal pulmonary vascularity.
Bones: No acute osseous findings.
IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary disease.
