Hello, My Fingers, And Hand Locks Up As I Throw

Hello, My fingers, and hand locks up as I throw a baseball. I can think hard about it for the first couple of throws but than I can't release it anymore. This has been getting worst over the years. I used to be pretty good at baseball, now I can't even throw it back to the little league pitcher when I am helping out for my son's team. I am 52. I have recently been diagnosed with type II diabetes. I have slight high blood pressure. I am gluten sensitive. I am 40lbs over weight. I have an anxiety disorder. MS runs in the family but my Drs never were concerned for me. I at times feel tingling in my arms and fingers. Thank you. Bob H.
