Hello. My Husband Has Been Having Horrible Back Pain For

Hello. My husband has been having horrible back pain for the past week. He is having extreme difficulty walking. He has has previous back surgery. However in rhe past 3 hours he noticed he is having a lot of pain and tightness in his right calf. It is swollen and has not had any injury to cause this pain and swelling. We are concerned as to whether he should fo immediately to the E.R.
