Hello. My Husband Has Just Finished (one Week Ago) 60

Hello. My husband has just finished (one week ago) 60 tablets of Vimovo 500/20 mg, Naproxen, Esomeprazole 500/20 mg. Since then he has been achy, no energy and tired feeling for almost a week now. Is this a side affect of this drug? He had felt as normal prior to this last week. He was prescribed these because he had had a fall and injured his wrist---was told torn ligaments---and it was prescribed as an anti-inflammatory. Your comments would be greatly appreciated.
