Should I Increase Sodium Valproate For My Son’s Sleep Seizures, Since Reducing Vinlep Brought The Seizures Back?

Hello. Sir. My. Son is facing seizures in sleep of 5-10 second. Right side...... First of all sodium valporate was given 5 ml BD. BT a little seizeres were counted for 1-3 second . A doctor said that increse dose of sodium valporate 7.5 ml BD. And another said vinlep 300 with 2 ml BD. I went with second . Seizures stopped bt red rushes came on skin. Then he said to decrease the dose of vinlep 1.5 ml BD. I did bt seizure came . Now what. I do .. I am confused. .... Would I go with first doctor 7.5 ml BD of sodium valporate.
