Hello Sir, My name is Rohit and I am 22 years old. Recently I lost 20 kg weight in 60 Days. Now i want to build muscle mass. I am working out 2 hrs a day and also taking optimum nutrition 100 % Weigh protein after workout. Is it safe to continue this for a long term ? I eat 3 times a day and mostly my diet includes eggs, vegetables and pulses and milk. Kindly tell me if the diet is OK or not (i dont eat meat). Your suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks
