Hello, Wednesday Evening I Had #18 Extracted This Morning I

Hello,
Wednesday evening I had #18 extracted this morning I wake up and the whole socket is full of yellowish pus looking tissues I don't think it is granulation tissue I believe it is pus. I had called my doctor and she said it was normal and that the blood flow hasnt reached it yet. So I let it go and then I checked on it again and now the yellowish white stuff is starting to peal off or parts are falling off. I am worried I was taking cleocin and that was an antibiotic my original dentist prescribed and I stopped taking that and took a penicillin. I am worried altogether I hope I didn't loose the blood clot and end up with dry socket.
