Hello, A Few Months Ago I Had A Reoccurring Uti

Hello, a few months ago I had a reoccurring uti issue. The infection seems to be gone (no more uti symptoms and urine is now sterile), but now I am suffering from clitoral pain. I have tested negative for yeast and uti and any other vaginal infection. When I pull the clitoral hood back I noticed the extreme sensitive part is the furthest part back underneath the hood. The pain radiates all the way up to my belly button. Sometimes the pain makes me feel as though I have to urinate but I do not.
