Hello Doctor! Actually, I Had Regular Periods From Previous Four

Hello doctor! Actually, I had regular periods from previous four years but suddenly this month, I had scanty period with one or two drops of dark blood. I'm very worried about it. There's no any chance of pregnancy. I think I took too much stress recent days that's why. Nd now I am even more depressed for this abnormal period. Please, do help me what to do.
