Hello Doctor, I Have A Problem On My Nose. I

Hello doctor, I have a problem on my nose. I consulted both ENT AND. Dermatologist. ENT doc said " due to over ejaculation of the sperms lead to those pimples" and Dermatologist said " it is a normal pimples n they can be cured" and I used the ointment during night which he had prescribed. When I use it, it gives me some sensation of pain of reducing. So please suggest me the further process to reduce. Those pimples doesn't seems like pimples
