What Could Cause The Passing Of Dark Red, Hard Stools And Abdominal Pain After Eating Spicy Foods?

Hello doctor My husband is passing hard stool in dark red colour whenever he eats ragi puttu and also spicy food items.Some times he also have abdominal pain before passing stool and also he passes stool within 2-3 hours after eating food.What might be the reason? Please tell me doctor
