Hello Doctor, My Daughter Is 4.5 Yrs Old.since Last 7

Hello doctor, my daughter is 4.5 yrs old.since last 7 days she is continuously having fever, cough, cold.Doctor prescribed meftal p, zyrcold, azithral 200 in first 3 days. Today he prescribed me imol and zifi 100 and asked for Widal+ urine + Sgt test. But I m quite worried since last 7 days she has now. Though she seems to be OK after medicines but I m worried. Are the prescribed dose fine ?? Will she be OK soon
