Hello Doctor.I Had My 1st Embryo Transfer In Dec 2014.i

Hello doctor.I had my 1st embryo transfer in dec 2014.i became ectopic and had to remove my left fallopian tube.My 2nd embryo transfer was in August 2015 but my pregnancy was negative.Doctor did my ERA which was P+5 receptive.Took 3 GCSF injections vaginally and had my 3rd frozen embryo transfer on 11 March 2016.Transferred 3 embryoes.How much accurate chances of pregnancy are there after ERA.Sleeping straight on my back gives me a severe back pain.Can I sleep on one side? I am just praying to god nd neither thinking positive nor negative.I dont feel as if anything is done..But yes hoping for the best..
