Hello Doctor..I Have An Unprotected Encounter Which I Am Not

Hello doctor..I have an unprotected encounter which i am not sure 100 percent. I used condom and it got flip off at some point before i noticed. As sex worker says she always looks for condom before insertion and she claims she is clean and not to worry much. I was very much stressed depressed after this incident where i have noticed white tongue, dry mouth and two small pink dots one on my chest and upper chest after 3 days of exposure. I have went to my GP and he said those rashes are regular and harmless. I started loosing weight and i have taken a hiv1 rna hiv1/2 antibody and antigen test at 16 days came as negative. Took hiv rna pcr qualitatative test 21 days after exposure and result negative. Took again duo antigen antibody test at 26 days and came non reactive. Also took oral quick swab test and negative at 30 days. I couls see red dots inside mouth coming and disappearing in day. Have thw white tongue from last 26 days tbrough scralping multiple times seeing again. Really scared and depressed even a normal dot alpearing is killing me and had sleepless nights ... recwntly i have two red dots in the palms of my hands ...please advise ...
