Hello, I Am Six Months Pregnant And I Had A

Hello, i am six months pregnant and i had a small inflammation on the middle of my top lip with little white bumps on top of it. I put blistex on it and its going away, but now its coming back on the bottom lip. I never had this problem before so im a little worried, can u help???
