Hello, I Do Have Or Had Epididymitis. The Microbiology Found

Hello,
i do have or had epididymitis. The microbiology found a bacteria Klebsilella oxytoca , we treat that with Amiacyn muscularly and Co-amoxiclav oral. The pain dissapear but 6 weeks after the course still i have the following symptoms: on the top of my pennis - the end of the uretra it is red and i feel a little bit warm my testis. The prostate is ok , it is checked. My question is : do i need additional course of antibiotics and it is normal to be RED on the top and for how long time. My microbiology it is already clean, what else can i check except microbiology of sperm and how long it is normal to feel warm and to be red on the top. Do not tell me to go to my doctor , i was already there , he told me he can not prescribe antibiotics without know if there is bacterial infection, I need a proper answer, if you do not have it , do not answer me. Thank you
