Hello I Started Surfing The Net Your The First I

Hello i started surfing the net your the first i have a question for. for the past several day i have a very pain full headache on the right side of my head. When i go to bed i can't sleep on my right side for the past several days. because when i lay on the right side of my head on the pillow after a minuet the pain becomes worse. When i turn on my left side the pain subsides to about 10 to 20 % compaired to laying on the right side. When working if i get distracted or a complicated decision then the pain gets worse compaired to normal working. Any ideas Thank you Walter
