Hello, My Cousin Is In ICU In Malasiya, He Had

Hello, my cousin is in ICU in malasiya, he had been in hospital for more than 2 weeks and his opration was succesful and he was even awake for a while then he went back to coma again and since then he is improving a little but very slowly, now, Dr are trying to make a whole through his neck and put the pipe so he can breathe comfortably as he was struggling to breath via oxygen. As I live in the UK and Dr is not letting me know any details over the phone about his condition except his sugar level is high, he has got infection somewhere inside his tummy and he is not doing well. As he went there to work, his company was bad and didn't treat him well, it got worse when he didn't have money to buy anymore medication and stop taking them not sure for how long. He lost around 9kg out of 43kg, suddenly one day, he calasped, he has been dibetic for past 3-4 years. I would like to know, what are the chances of his awaking up, how long roughly it will take and what else Dr will do to make him better? Sorry for the long message and thank you in advance for reading it.
