Hello Sir I Am 24 Years Old ,my Problem Is

I am 24 years old ,my problem is that I'm able to feel a crack running down the right (front )part of my head...I don't have pain but I'll get lot of irritation and itching some times and even I used to get pimples before but not now....and I'm having this issue from past 4 months ....is this a serious problem???. ..im really worried about this issue... Please provide me a proper solution. .
