Hello sir!
My name is Raj . My question is related with cervical herniated disc. My age is 20. I have disc bulge in c3 c4-c5 since April 2016. I take medicine like muscle relaxant and other medicines relating to spinal cord. I get little relief from pain. now when I touch or rub that injured area on neck I feel some grinding with each other and making creaking noise from neck .it is also painful. What is that? It is permanent? What should I do?
