Hello So I Went To The Doctor For My Check

Hello so i went to the doctor for my check up and was told i had a missed miscarage. I tried to let my body handle it on its own bit after 3 weeks and no sign of anything the doctor prescribed me cytotec. I took it last night. This morning i had mild bleeding but it came to a stop about 4 hours later, no blood clots nothing. Now i look like i am 6 months pregnant from my stomach expanding in the last 8 hours. Besides feeling nausea i have no other symptoms. Is this normal
