I am engaged and plan on getting married August 2nd.
I hadn't taken into consideration that my period almost always starts the first week of the month.
This month it occurred between May 2 - 9.
I have never taken birth control pills before, or any other hormone based medicines.
I do plan to meet with a gynecologist soon to begin some form of birth control before it is needed.
I don't want to have my period on my wedding day. Do I have any options in this situation?
