Hello There. My Husband Got Into A Severe Head Trauma

Hello there. My husband got into a severe head trauma last Wensday and he fractured his skull, his C6 in his neck/back, and had some brain bleeding. They discharged him and he has had a few neuro episodes. First time, he started hallucinating saw trees on the cieling. He said something and we took him to a hospital, they said it was only an episode and if it happened again take him in, they then sent us home. On monday around noon he strated seeing some waves and described it as though he was look through water, he got extremely tired then went to sleep for about 2 and a half hours. Woke up good as new. Tonight he got extremely dazed, dizzy and says its similar to what happened the on Monday. He got tired, and just closed his eyes for a little while and then sat up and ate some food. He feels all good now. What could this be? Is it his brain bleeding? his spinal injury?
