Hello, Would Just Like An Opinion On This. Ive Been

Hello, would just like an opinion on this. Ive been fatigued dizzy, light headed, and vertigo for months. I also have a lymph node that is rock hard in the prearricular area, for 3 weeks. Its hard, and when I press it its 8/10 pain, extreme symptoms, and feeling as if i will pass out. Sometimes my peripheral vision is blurry, with pressure sensation in my ear. I also get tingling into my right hand and arm. All symptoms are only on right side. Is this concerning?
