Hello, I am a 17 year old male, turning 18 shortly. I went to this party on a weekend and I tried crystal meth thinking I would only try it once, 2 weeks later, here I am using it everyday since the party. I use it about 3-4 times a day, how can I quit easier without my family finding out?
Meth is extremely addictive and if you don't stop now, you will be hooked for life. The best option would be to take your family into confidence and use their support to quit. But if you are absolutely unwilling to take their help, then cut down your meth intake to twice a day. Keep yourself busy and around people so that you do not succumb to the craving. After a week, cut down to once a day and then stop a week later. Take lots of fluids and eat nutritious food. Be willing to face the withdrawal symptoms. They are difficult to bear but not life threatening. You will need a strong will to get you through.
Best wishes.
