the result means you have normal hemoglobin level with increased MCV level, with high risk for chol/hdl ratio. you have nothing to worry for your complete hemogram levels but you must pay attention on cholesterol level like walk daily, do physical exercise and start atorvastatin 20 mg at bed time.

Dear Saroj, welcome to HCM.
you have a good hemoglobin with little large red cells. need not worry.
also the bad: good cholesterol ratio is high , meaning protective HDL must be low and bad cholesterol must be high.
will need to balance your fats.
