Hey, I Have A Bump On My Bottom Lip. It

Hey, I have a bump on my bottom lip. It has smaller bumps next to it.I have had it for a few days. I left it alone thinking it would go away itself. Just today my lips became really irritating. My upper lip has a tingly feeling, a sort of light burning sensation. I picked the bump today because it was getting irritating and now the bump has a hole in it and clear liquid is coming out; only a little bit. Every time I wipe it away, it refills itself. The bump slightly stings when I touch it.
I don't know what wrong with me. Please send some much appreciated guidance on how to get rid of it.
