Hi, A Couple Of Months I Have Stopped Taking Nardil,

Hi, A couple of months I have stopped taking Nardil, an anti-depressant that worked for me, but with too many side effects, mainly the weight gain of 16kg, swollen legs, itchiness etc. My doctor put me on this drug because I have had much experience with others, either weight gain or loss, feeling sick or just no relief whatsoever. This old class of drugs was like a last resort and it did give me energy, positivity, made me more extrovert and gave me confidence. However, I got more and more down as the weight went up, and the total sexual disfunction, amongst other things. I gradually reduced the drug and now take nothing and have lost 13kgs, which is good, but am, again, depressed, down, have no confidence and miserable all the time. I am searching for a drug that does not cause weight gain, have been looking at Wellbrutin. Have tried in the past all the other 'newer' classes of drugs, so am not going through that again. Just want to put a smile on my face from time to time. Thanks, Georgie
