What Could A Yellowish Chunk Be After Gagging Up Paracetamol?

Hi, After taking x2 paracetamol, it felt like they got stuck in my throat and I kind of gagged and regurgitated them back up, and something that resembled a chunk of raw ducking only yellowish came up with it, I have photo s for reference, any idea what it is? 34 Male, 6ft, 200lbs, Mostly Healthy
