Hi Doc, We Are A Married Couple Since Last 2

Hi Doc,
We are a married couple since last 2 yrs and have been planning for a baby for a while now. My wife is undergoing a treatment since past 9 months. Earlier she was discovered with PCOD which now seems fine. She was also suggested 10000U HCG injections and have already taken atleast 5 such injections (1 per month). A month before she was also advised an HSG treatment but though all her reports from the beginning except the PCOD are ok, she is unable to conceive. The doc has further suggested a last one more dose of HCG this month on her 12day of her menstrual cycle which falls on the 01 Nov'15. We have been having intercourse almost every alternate day but there seem to be no positive result so far. To add, I have even had my semen analysis done wherein my reports show above normal.
The doc further states that if this month too there is no result then probably we could try for the IUI.
Please suggest if there is a need for a second opinion and/or best tips to get a positive result.
