I am 21 weeks pregnant. I have been informed that my outer OS is open and have been put on bedrest for last 5 weeks and still going on.
I wanted to know whether not being much active can affect my chances of having a normal delivery?
Also how often should i get my cervical length checked and which way is better. TVS or internal exam.
