Hi Doctor, I'm 33yr Old Male Having Heavyness In Right

Hi Doctor,
I'm 33yr old male having heavyness in right testicle and upper region of it including groin from last 3-4 month, I'm aslo having lower back problem. I cosulated an urologist, he asked me to get scrotum USG. USG report suggest that I'm having mild funiculitis seen on right side. Beside this I also went for Uroflowmetry test, report here as below:

Doctor prescribed me following medicine:
Hetrazen 100
Veltam 0.2
Twice a day for 1 month

I want to know what wrong with my USG and Uroflowmetry report and is hetrazen safe to take because I read in medical article that it has severe side effect. Please doctors help.
