Hi Doctor,
My Name is Farhad . 66 years old. 25 years on medications to manage type 2 diabetese.
my Doctor put me a few years ago put me on Lipitor 20 mg preventing heart attack / stroke.
my last blood test results showed the my HDL( for the very first time) gone much loer levels of normal while my LDL has been consistantly low anyhow. for the last few weeks had pain in my left upper arm , back of my chest AND UNEASY HEART. sHOULD i STOP TAKINGllOPITOR UNTIL next Friday when I will be visiting a cardialogist for the first time?
List of my existing medications:
insulin mix 25 , 40units twice a day
metmorfin 2 pils twice a day
Altace 10 mg once a day
Lipitor 20 mg once a day
Aspirin 81 mg once a day.
