Hi Doctor, My Gf Had Just Finished Her Periodic Cycle

Hi Doctor,
My gf had just finished her periodic cycle and she was on 7th day. We had unprotected sex. I had given her I-Pill within 1 hour of unprotected sex and till now she didn't get any bleeding or any effect after taking I-Pill. Her next date was on 27th of previous month.

Till now i.e. 10th of December its almost a month and 4 days after we had unprotected sex and there is no sign of periods or its symptoms.
My Question is
1. Is my gf is pregnant ?
2. Is it Really that I-Pill didn't work.? though she took within 1 hour of unprotected sex?
3. What next i should do...?
4. Should i go for any pregnancy test?
5. Or should we wait for couple of days for her period to occur?
6. When we should predict her periodic cycle to occur..?
