Should I Continue Using Neosimple Drops With Lactic Intolerance For My Infant Given The Presence Of Gum In All Three Motions?

Hi Doctor, my 5months old baby has been suffering from gum motions since one month and we have given the stool examination test as per pediatrician advice and the result is lactic intolerance positive. I am an exclusive breastfeeding mother . Doctor suggested me to stop the breast feeding and use isomil powder .. and she gave another option that neosimple drops . 4 drops before every breastfeeding. I gave it one day and The motion count was reduced to 3 but there is gum in all 3 motions. Should I continue with the neosimple drops. Please need your advice Thankyou
