Hi Dr Rynne, Earlier Today I Twisted My Ankle Quite

Hi Dr Rynne, earlier today I twisted my ankle quite badly. I did ice immediately for 20 minutes and have it strapped up and elevated. I took 2 nurofen at 2.30 pm. Just iced it again, and re-strapped it up. Just wondering if I can take diclofenaco 50mg that my mother in law has given me? I have before taken anti inflamatories ie diclac but not this brand! just wondering on the dosage ? Brenda O'Neill
