Hi Dr aggarwal,
I am diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2014 jan. Since then im on treatment. i was started on methotraxate in june 2014 with supporting steroids. It was like a miracle for me but in feb 2015 my LFT's were high so they stopped it. Then i was started on arava 20mg but no effect. Then another set of steroids. No effect i was getting worse day by day. Then i was admitted in rehabilitation centre for 3 wks and started on biological treatment. Inj embrel 25mg subcutaneous wkly with arava20mg wkly. My body gave a good response. I was fine from September2015 till November2015 . Then LFT, s were bad again so they stopped arava. Since then till now i suffering with aggressive symptoms. Chronic pain can't even explain. I can't even do my daily work like eating brushing combing. Can't walk . All my joints are involved. Even my vocal joint. They did my rt Arthroscopy on 1st feb 2016 and i got steroid injection in my knee. They started me back on methotraxate and inj abtacept 125mg wkly on 15 feb with oral steroids. But im getting worse day by day. Now i have started having fever everyday with shivering upto 39* c im very depressed in chronic pain n im loosing hope. My brother talked to dr saggar in jalandhar n he recommend your name to us. I'm a nurse my self . My bloods are okay only ESR is 28. Please give some suggestion. Thank you.
