Hi For About Year I Have Had A Type Of

Hi
For about year I have had a type of perioral dermatitis, my skin was perfect before then and I never usually get spots. I am 20. At the moment it's not bad but I have two spots on my chin and a cold sore I think just under my lip, although my mum think it's impetigo.
Could you shed any light?
The rest of my chin area is red and has a few patches of redness that look like spots but aren't raised
